Silly question is easy to swallow. It is a chewable gummy. I searched through many CVS stores to find this, and what is unable to the price on. This was cheaper than I thought it was going to be compared to the store pricing and the convenience of being a leader ship to the house Shipping to take a little bit longer than I was hoping but happy I will be ordering again in the future
