I dont wake up groggy like some other melatonins will make you feel. If I'm having a lot of trouble I only need four Max you really only need two and they work again everybody's different some people may need 10 who knows I wouldn't recommend it though. They taste and texture is just like a Gummy bear my favorite melatonin sleep trust me they are worth it just try them.
