I cook and bake extensively, all of our meals are eaten at home. Nielsen-Massey Mexican Pure Vanilla Extract is a must have ingredient in my pantry. Of all of the vanillas I have tried, this Mexican Pure Vanilla Extract is hands down my favorite!It has a creamy, slightly spicy, earthy flavor that fabulously enhances the flavor of your baked and cooked goods. So versatile, blends well not only with baked goods, but also with many cooked dishes, including those that have tomatoes or are spicy in flavor. While it is true that pure vanilla extract has increased in price, this product is a great value.I highly recommend Nielsen-Massey Mexican Pure Vanilla Extract.

Love this brand, but still prefer the regular metagascar pure vanilla flavor.

Lots of different vanillas out there but Mexican is the absolute best. I bake a lot and buy large bottles which is expensive up front but cheaper in the long run.

I love the quality and taste of this product. Yes, it's more costly than some, but when it comes to vanilla, you get what you pay for. There's a lot of Mexican Vanilla out there to choose from, but it's not all pure. I'm selective on what I use in my baked goods. I want a good tasting, quality vanilla because it makes a difference in the end product. Mexican Vanilla is my favorite. I've been buying this brand for years because it's a great product you can count on.
