Taking this vitamin on recommendation from my doctor. It is large and a little harder for me to swallow.
Well after 9 months no improvement in my lab results. I use avocado oil, i have maybe 3 eggs a month, I exercise daily, daily intake of flaxseeds, fat free milk, weight 125 lbs female senior. I will not give up yet. I do eat bread. Oh well check back in 3 months.
