Kirkland Signature OPTIFIBER, 25.6 Ounces 190 Servings

I’m on a low fiber/low residue diet. Used Benefiber for a few months but it’s really expensive. Tried the Kirkland brand. It’s the same stuff…wheat dextrin, a soluble fiber. Kirkland doesn’t dissolve as readily but you can just put the 2 teaspoons into water and let it stand for a minute, then stir and it’s all dissolved. Tasteless, not gritty, like drinking plain water. Excellent.

Can't beat the value, more servings for less money. The reason it's cheaper is it's not as finely ground as Benefiber. Benefiber virtually disappears when put in water. Optifiber sinks to the bottom and takes a little more mixing. Other than that, works the same.

Great price and no more tummy issues.

Easy to use, has no taste, works for me. I use it each day and the product is safe and easy to stir in. I put it into my lunchtime drink.
